Today in gym I met a guy who's from India, he was previously work out with me in the gym in Enterprise 4 about a 6months ago. What I notice about him is that, he has build a huge body as I wanted so badly, the ways he work out in gym is terribly unacceptable by all the people in the gym... wow, that was great is it?
But through the whole work out, I had noticed something "if you want something so badly, get the action and achieve it". In the gym I'd seen so many people sitting down the whole day by looking at the mirror... this does not change anything if you don't take any action to achieve it...
And the most terrified things he told me is that " Hey Brian, you have slim down compare to last time" this sounds good, but.....he also said "You also loss your muscle ... it becoming smaller" -with a devil smile on his face... well it might be true because of inappropriate diet but it is something discriminating you when you're smaller than him .. ends up he told me "Don't always look at the mirror and see how much you've change, you should look at the bell how much the weight changed" ... LIKE IT ... unfortunately he just a 7days pass trainee... haha wasted
The outcome out of it is... Mirror is an imagination
... Bell is realistic, so look at the bell instead of mirror ~ Haha
Work out guys... it is good
